By accessing this website or engaging services through Alcove Spiritual Care, you agree to these terms. Alcove Spiritual Care operates as a DBA of Card and Crescent LLC, which is the legal entity providing services.

Nature of Services

Services are non-clinical spiritual care and include:

• Spiritual Counsel
• Spiritual Direction
• Discernment
• Coaching & Integration
• Life Transition Care

These services are reflective and spiritual in nature and are not therapy, medical care, psychological treatment, or crisis intervention.

Payment & Cancellation

• Sessions are 45 minutes in length.
• Standard fee: $90 per session (sliding scale as offered).
• Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
• 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

No Guarantees

Card and Crescent LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients retain full responsibility for decisions made following sessions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card and Crescent LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
