Virtual Chaplaincy
There are moments in life when what we need is not a formal session or structured guidance, but simply a listening heart. You may not require ongoing spiritual direction. You may not feel comfortable approaching traditional clergy. You may carry questions, wounds, or identities that have made religious spaces feel uncertain or unsafe. You may simply need a quiet place to be received without explanation.
As part of my vocation, I offer Virtual Interfaith Chaplaincy freely to those who seek a welcoming and spiritually grounded presence.
This space is especially open to those who have felt on the margins of religious communities — including individuals of diverse sexual orientations, those navigating faith transitions, members of religious minorities, those who are spiritually independent, and those who do not identify as religious at all. You are not required to fit within a particular theological framework to be received here.
This is not therapy, and it is not clinical care. It is spiritual presence. It is accompaniment in ordinary and difficult moments. It is a place where you may bring your questions, grief, uncertainty, gratitude, doubt, or silence without fear of correction or persuasion.
What This Is
Virtual Chaplaincy offers brief spiritual support, prayer upon request, discernment conversation, encouragement during life transitions, and steady presence during seasons of loneliness or change. Care is interfaith in spirit and hospitable in posture. You are welcome whether you are rooted in a tradition, between traditions, exploring, questioning, or simply seeking grounded companionship.
What This Is Not
For clarity and integrity, this is not mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency care. I do not diagnose or provide clinical services in this space. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider in your area. Ongoing or complex spiritual work is best served through scheduled sessions.
How It Works
You may reach out through the contact form to share a prayer request, ask a spiritual question, or request a brief written response. When availability allows, short virtual check-ins may be offered. Because this chaplaincy is freely given, responses may not be immediate. I maintain rhythms of work, prayer, and rest, and I respond as I am able.
There is no fee for this offering. If you later desire sustained spiritual accompaniment, you are welcome to inquire about formal sessions, though there is never expectation or obligation.
Why I Offer This
Chaplaincy is rooted in presence rather than position. It is not about defending doctrine or protecting institutions. It is about showing up gently and faithfully in the sacred spaces of human experience.
Spiritual care should be available even — and especially — to those who have not always felt at home in traditional settings.
All are welcome here.
